Poor Management: Ethiopian Airline to take over Arik Air Nigeria

The Addis Ababa airline based in Ethiopia is in a business negotiation to take over the state-owned company, Arik Air, one of the largest in West Africa located in Nigeria.
In talk with the associated press is the head of Ethiopian Airline, Mr. Esayas Woldemaria, who discloses that the negotiation is a request from the Nigerian aviation ministry that the government of Nigeria took over the airline, having no full knowledge in operation went into deep losses.
The head of Ethiopian airline Esayas Woldemariam said, they are willing and able to take over the management of Arik Air.
The latest official amount in negotiation from Ethiopian airline is generated at $3billion revenue as at 2016.
The management of Ethiopian airline being one of the largest in Africa, states their excitement to take over Nigeria’s Arik Airline and how it will boost their presence in Africa, managing the airline of the most populous nation and one of the continent’s top oil producers in Africa.
