Our offices will remain open during break, Kaduna Electric assures

Kaduna Electric (KE) has assured its customers that its offices would remain open during the Eid el Kabir holidays.
A statement by the Head, Corporate Communication, Abdulazeez Abdullahi, said the company’s cash offices would remain throughout the holidays to enable customers continue to settle their bills to avoid disconnection.
He said: “We wish to informed all our esteemed customers that our offices shall remain open during the holidays to attend to our customers. Our cash offices and Customers Care Centers shall be open to enable customers settle their bills and attend to all complaints respectively.”
It further informed that customers wishing to purchase electricity tokens, settle their bills or lodge any complaints can do so by visiting Kaduna Electric office in their neighborhood.
It urged customers to endeavor to settle by bills promptly to avoid disconnection and desist from indulging in meter tampering and bypass and other forms of energy theft.
The statement also added that the Management of Kaduna Electric wishes all its esteemed customers particularly the Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid-el- Kabir celebration.
