NAHCON lauds Jigawa pilgrims as best among others

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has described the Jigawa state pilgrims as best among the entire Nigerian pilgrims who are currently in Saudi Arabia for the 2017 Hajj exercise.
The commendation was made by the Chairman of the Commission Alhaji Abdullahi Mukhtar who was represented by his Commissioner of work Alhaji Abdullahi Saleh during the unexpected visit to the Jigawa state tents yesterday at Minna area of Saudi Arabia.
He explained that, the Jigawa state pilgrims deserve commendation in terms of environmental sanitation, less congested tents and the decent manner they behave during the exercise.
According to him, right from the commencement of the 2017 hajj exercise to date, no single Jigawa state pilgrims was found guilty of violating the rule and regulations of both Nigeria and at Saudi Arabia.
The chairman further explained that, “with this I want commend you for this good behaviour, and I assured you that my commission will keep working tirelessly to ensure a successful hajj operation” he said.
He maintained that, on behalf of the President Muhammadu Buhari and the entire NAHCON congratulate the Jigawa state pilgrims having chance to participate in this year hajj exercise.
The chairman then seek for more support and corporation of the good people of Jigawa state, urging them to avoid any act that would tarnish the image of Jigawa state and Nigeria at large.
