The immediate governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose was on Sunday pictured at the Nnamdi Azikiwe airport, Abuja, while waiting to catch a flight to Lagos for his trial.
The trial will likely begin at a Federal High Court in Lagos on Monday.
