Sick Nigerian Man Spotted Eating On Hospital Bed In Chains

A Nigerian identified as Buhari Umar who was arrested by police operatives over a "minor" offence in Delta State, was seen eating in a hospital under a chain which was used to retrain him.

According to report, Buhari who is still awaiting trial, was brought to the hospital from Ogwashi-Uku prison in Delta state after he was diagnosed with tuberculosis.

He was taken to the hospital with a friend who took the picture. A "minor" offence in chains? Sigh!
