Judge throws out Amber Rose's defamation lawsuit filed by Wiz Khalifa's mum | Mr Olumide's Blog

A judge has thrown out the defamation lawsuit against Amber Rose which was filed by her ex husband,Wiz Khalifa's mum.

In August, Katie Wimbush-Polk filed a defamation suit against her former daughter-in-law claiming she allegedly made a “profanity-laced phone call to a third party,” accusing her of being a negligent parent.


Amber allegedly said she was an unfit mother and blamed her for Wiz's sibling's death,Dorien Thomaz passed away in February of complications from lymphoma.She also allegedly claimed that Katie was not fit to visit or care for her son Sebastian.
In response, Wiz’s mom hit her with a $50,000 lawsuit, and Amber fired right back by filing to get a restraining order against her.
According to TMZ  the Pennsylvania court agreed that Amber's alleged statements were insulting, but ruled that “mere insults, indignities, threats, annoyances, petty oppressions, and other trivialities" aren’t enough to prove emotional damage .
