Jennifer Hudson's ex-fiancé David Otunga, just scored his first legal win in court.
TMZ reports that the 37-year-old Harvard Law grad was granted custody Tuesday of their eight-year-old son David Jr. from Thanksgiving day at 3PM to 7PM the following day.

David claimed he is the 'primary caregiver,' and is also planning to ask the judge Monday to vacate the order of protection and grant him temporary custody of the boy.

The former wrestler will also request to remain at their Chicago residence during the two weeks (November 26-December 8) the 36-year-old Oscar winner will be traveling for work.
