Jeremy Meeks is now officially parting ways with his estranged wife Melissa Meeks.

The 33-year-old model, who is currently in a relationship with Topshop heiress Chloe Green, filed for divorce from his wife of eight years, according to TMZ.

Jeremy is requesting joint physical and legal custody of their son Jeremy Jr., seven. He was also a step-father to Melissa's children: Robert, 11, and Ellie, 16.

He originally filed for legal separation in July.
