Pandemonium as Nigerian army clashes with IPOB in Rivers(Video) | Mr Olumide's Blog

Today, there was pandemonium at Oyigbo Expessway, Rivers States over alleged clash between members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and the Nigerian army.
According to a video posted on Facebook,people can be seen running as the area was engulfed with smoke.
