Speaking about the heavy traffic witnessed by motorists along the Apapa roads amongst other roads in Lagos due to the way tankers are parked, the General Manager of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) Wale Musa, said the agency can not do anything about it.Wale made this known while on a radio show this morning adding that they also can not regulate the manner in which tanker driver park as his are not armed.
