Cleric urges Buhari to tackle security

The general overseer of Bethzida Church of the Nation in Suleja local government area of Niger state, prophet Dennis Ogebeje, has urged president Muhammadu Buhari to continue to tackle the security challenges facing the country, as he returned from the medical vocation in London.
He also charged the president to continue to wage war against corruption in the society so that the country could be better for all Nigerian.
Ogebeje, who spoke during the official presentation of media merit award of distinguished “ Icon of National Building” and “Ambassador of Peace” conferred on him by the management of the Orator Communications Limited in his church, Rafinsenyi, Suleja, Niger state, further pleaded with Buhari to give priority attention to the welfare of the poor.
He called on Nigerians as well as religious leaders to pray for our leaders to move the country to higher heights.
The cleric thanked the management of the Orator Communications Limited for the honour done to him.
On his part, the managing editor of the Orator weekly newspaper based in Niger state and Abuja, Mr Nasri Oseri, said that the two merit awards were bestowed on the general overseer based on his outstanding contributions to humanity and the society at large.
“We do not give awards to the people of questionable characters and we do not sell awards. But we give awards based on merits,” the managing editor said
Meanwhile, the elders as well as the members of the church expressed joy for the honour conferred on the general overseer.
