Airtel Offers 30GB Free 4G Data To PostPaid Users For Three Months With New Offer

Bharti Airtel is stepping up its game and offering free high-speed data for three months to postpaid subscribers, in order to compete with Reliance Jio's dominance.

The telecom operator's new offer is motivated by Jio's latest Dhan Dhana Dhan scheme, which attempts to attract customers with free 4G data over three months. For its postpaid subscribers, Airtel is offering the new scheme on its 'My Airtel' app, available till April 30. It offers 30GB of free 4G data over the next three months, following the Holiday Surprise scheme from the company Last month

The Holiday Surprise offer was giving customers free data in line with their average usage, which would be tacked onto their existing 4G plan. Customers received up to 6GB of free data, simply by using their standard connection and then applying for the offer on the Airtel app.

The company has also promised better international roaming rates in the future, including automatically activating an applicable international roaming pack when the customer leaves India, just in case they haven't done it manually.
